• One account per student — sharing accounts or batch access with others leads to suspension
• You are responsible for all activity under your login

2. Courses & Access

• Enrollment gives you personal, non-transferable access to the course for its stated validity period
• Recorded content is available 24×7; live classes follow the published schedule and are recorded where enabled
• We may update syllabus, faculty or schedules to improve quality — course access continues

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Download, record, share or redistribute our videos, PDFs or test content
• Use the platform for cheating, harassment or unlawful activity
• Attempt to breach, scrape or overload the platform

4. Payments

• Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Discounts and coupons apply as per their terms and cannot be combined unless stated
• Access is activated after successful payment confirmation

5. Intellectual Property

All content — videos, lectures, notes, test questions, trademarks — is owned by LYCEUM or its licensors and protected by copyright law. Your access is a licence, not ownership.

6. Disclaimers

• We provide education services on an "as is" basis; exam results depend on individual effort
• We strive for uptime but occasional maintenance or outages may occur

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts violating these terms. You may stop using the platform anytime; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
